Cruzsilla is the Founder and Executive Director of Faith & Justice Support Services, a nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that justice, healing, and faith are deeply interconnected. As a Latina woman of faith, a legal professional, and a mental health advocate, she founded the organization to offer legal literacy and culturally relevant support to underserved communities—particularly those confronting systemic barriers in navigating the law and accessing support.

Cruzsilla holds a Master’s in Legal Studies from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and a BA in Community Studies from UC Santa Cruz. Committed to cultural humility and accessibility, she sees Faith & Justice Support Services as a safe space for learning about rights without fear or judgment. As it grows, she plans to offer workshops and coaching that reflect her belief: there is no shame in learning, especially in communities traditionally ignored or intimidated by the legal system.

In addition to her legal advocacy, Cruzsilla is the creator of a collection of adult coloring books that focus on mental health. These books encourage self-care and emotional wellness in a fun, stigma-free way. Her creative endeavors, including her nonprofit, are thoughtfully designed to support people wherever they are—whether they're seeking legal assistance, emotional healing, or simply a sense of reassurance that they're not alone.

Through Faith & Justice Support Services, Cruzsilla is building a movement grounded in faith, justice, and healing — one that combines legal empowerment, mental health awareness, and culturally grounded care into a compassionate, community-focused model of advocacy and support..
